Our Mission

Here at Disciples of Christ Bible Fellowship, our mission is to lead people worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to strengthen the local church. As representatives of the gospel of Jesus Christ, we seek to conduct ourselves, both professionally and personally, in a manner worthy of the Gospel, acting with integrity, humility, innovation, excellence, and accountability. As a ministry, we hold the Scripture to be true!

What We Believe

We believe that “all scripture is given by inspiration of God” (2 Timothy 3:16). We believe this means that the whole Bible is inspired, in that holy men of God “were moved by the Holy Spirit” (2 Peter 1:21) to write the very words of scripture. We believe that this divine inspiration extends equally and fully to all parts of scripture as it appeared in the original manuscripts. We believe that the whole Bible in those original manuscripts is therefore without error. We believe that all scripture centers around the Lord Jesus Christ in His person, work, and in His first and second coming. Therefore, no portion of the Old Testament is properly read or understood until it leads to Christ. We also believe that all scripture was designed for our practical instruction.

Our Christian Ministries

Anchored Young Adults

Anchored Young Adults is for all young adults over 18 years of age. They meet every third Sunday of the month following the morning service. They’re founded on 1 Timothy 4:12 and can’t wait to take the world by storm as they spread the good news of Christ and His love to the world.

Daughters of the King

Daughters of the King are the ladies of Disciples of Christ Bible Fellowship. Led by our first lady, Sister LaQuetta Owens, they are stepping into their destiny. They are purpose-driven and God-fearing women who pride themselves on uplifting one another and sharing God’s love with all.

Men’s Ministry

Mighty Men of Valor (MMOV)

Disciples of Christ Bible Fellowship’s Mighty Men of Valor (MMOV) ministry helps men become godly, encouraging them to make promises that last a lifetime to Jesus Christ, their families, and to one another.

Adult Sunday School

We are excited to announce that we are offering an adult Sunday school every Sunday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Please see a member of the clergy to learn more information and to receive your study books today. This is going to be a very impactful series, and we hope to see you all there!

Children’s Ministry

Here at Disciples of Christ Bible Fellowship, we are taking a focused approach to God’s Word. The children are taught Bible character lessons each week with application and reinforcements that can relate to their life here and now. It is our job and our calling as a church to make sure we equip both the children and their parents with the necessary resources and support to nurture young hearts and minds so they grow to love their Savior. Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Our children’s program goal is to equip every child with the knowledge and desire to reflect Christ through their lives. We feel that it is important for every child, no matter their age, to recognize that God wants to use them for His purpose and glory each and every day; at church, at home, at school, when they are with others and when they are alone. 1 Timothy 4:12 “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

This ministry is the Lord’s, and we are all ambassadors for Him.
